1： Preparations before paving
1.1 Survey and draw the contour of the paving ground (wall).
1.2 Rubber sheet should be pre-paved in CAD software according to surveyed drawings. Reduce cutting waste, taking the laid aesthetic effect into consideration. Reasonable configuration and layout.
1.3 Accurate calculate all products quantity（rubber plate , stainless steel expansion bolt , rubber cap and glue）. It’s basis for mass production.
2：Ground standard and material requirement
A: Ground structure：concrete（according to GB502019-201 and horse racetrack standard）.
B: German epoxy leveling adhesive（UZIN adhesive refer to PDS standard）.
C:Rubber plate（insert metal plate）, Stainless steel expansion bolt, Rubber cap（rubber plate according to relative standard）.

4: Specifications, construction procedure and key point for paving rubber sheet
4.1 Base treatment
Clean, grind, dry and treat the surface of the ground. The base must be absolutely smooth, dry, firm, and free of dust, oil and other pollutants.
4.2 Measuring and cutting
Mark counter line according to pre-paving drawing, edge special-shaped rubber should be cut into needed shape.
4.3 Gluing, jointing and paving
4.3.1 Place the rubber floor that needs to be paving, according to the marked line contour, including irregular parts;
4.3.2 Lift half of the rubber sheet and lay the glue evenly to the ground in accordance with the construction specifications;
4.3.3 Push the lifted half rubber with soft wood block when glue was sticky, make rubber and glue fully contact;
4.3.4 Stick half of the rubber sheet in the same way. (Half stick not suit for small piece, small piece can be paved directly);
4.3.5 Press rubber sheet and ground fully contact by roller. Overlap joint should be cut, Gap between rubbers is 0.2 — 0.5mm or so;
4.3.6 Press ground and rubber joint by roller or roller wheel.
4.4 Drilling hole, mounting bolt, mounting rubber cap
4.4.1 Drilling bolt holes according to position of the rubber sheet, control depth of drilling hole, drill slag should be clean up.
4.4.2 Punch sleeve of the expansion bolt to the drilled hole, outside of the sleeve should be flat with ground.
4.4.3 Put gasket and lock bolt tightly.
4.4.4 Put rubber cap into the hole and hit the top with hammer. Make the top surface flat with the surface of the rubber sheet.
5: Surface inspection and cleaning
Inspect all the rubber is completely installed, whether there is missing installation of bolt and rubber cap. Check all rubber sheets are firmly installed, So as to avoid the quality issues, ensure one-time acceptance for customer’s inspection.
